Introduction:
ProperJob Uitzendbureau is looking for 4 experienced welders (spawacz) with MIG/MAG certification. You will be working in a nice factory with a good atmosphere and join a team of other Polish workers employed by ProperJob.

One of our clients needs 4 extra welders to assist in constructing and welding of new cranes, so its a job inside the factory. The job is for 40 hours guaranteed each week up to a max. of 50 hours per week. This job gives the opportunity to make lots of hours, all hours above the weekly maximum of 40 paid at 125% of the regular payment.
About this regular payment; you will start at an hourly wage of € 9,00 BRUTO. If the customer thinks you are a good and motivated welder and he will give our work-agency a sign (usually it takes a welder about 1, maybe 2 weeks to get the feeling with the job and reach the targets) to raise this payment to € 10,00 BRUTO per hour.
The working times have not yet been determined, but it will be a day-job.
What are we looking for?
The customer has given us the following list of requirements for the job:
• Male welders, 20-40 years of age (max) with MIG/MAG certification
• Basic knowledge of English, German or Dutch to communicate and receive instructions
• Good work-motivation
• Willingness to work extra-hours (no 40-hours max per week mentality)
• Willingness to be away from Poland for a longer period (the job might be yours for multiple years, so no holiday-workers for this job). Of course you will be able to go home now and then for your holidays (Easter, Christmas, New-Year and occasionally a week off)
• No drugs or alcohol allowed! Drugs/Alcohol related problems will terminate the contract instantly. Any payments that still have to be made will be cancelled from that moment as a penalty (we do not want to lose our customers because of bad workers). We are very strict on this!
ONLY EXPERIENCED WORKERS CAN APPLY FOR THE JOB, WE DON'T LIKE TO SEND ANYONE BACK HOME AFTER ONE DAY OF WORK BECAUSE OF FALSE PROMISES.
Arrangements & Payment:
ProperJob will arrange a bed for you to sleep in at one of our excellent houses. The housing includes gas, water, light, high speed internet and Polish sat-tv. It costs € 70,- per week. If you go on holiday or just want to visit your family back in Poland you can (after reaching an agreement with the customer) leave your belongings in the house and pay only half the rent for that week.
ProperJob will also arrange:
• Transportation to the work (bike or car) and a fuel-card (if a car is needed). If you have your own car you will receive a fuel-compensation of € 0,19 / km
• A sofi-number (if needed), costs € 15,00
• A Dutch bank-account with internet-banking (if needed), costs € 15,00
• A healthcare insurance (€ 22,40 / week)
• We also arrange a liability insurance to cover you for accidental damages.
